Privacy Policy

This policy explains how WebProdCraft ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use webprodcraft.com, our client cabinet at app.webprodcraft.com, and websites we build and host for clients.

1. Data we collect

• Contact & order data — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, business details you submit through our forms, order wizard or WhatsApp.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details; we receive only payment confirmation and billing metadata.
• Chat messages — messages you send to our AI assistant, used to answer you and to route your enquiry to our team.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, collected through privacy-focused analytics and standard server logs.

2. How we use it

• To deliver services you order: building, deploying and hosting your website.
• To respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To process payments and send transactional emails (order confirmations, your site going live).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (aggregate analytics; Meta Pixel may be used on advertising landing pages).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

3. Where your data lives

Data is stored on our servers in the EU and with the following processors: Stripe (payments), Supabase (application database), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI assistant processing of chat messages), Meta (advertising measurement, where applicable). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and our agreements with them.

4. How long we keep it

Order and billing records — for as long as required by accounting law. Enquiries and chat messages — up to 24 months. Technical logs — up to 12 months. Client website content — for the duration of the hosting subscription and 60 days after cancellation.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request a copy in portable form. EU residents have these rights under the GDPR; we extend the same treatment to all users. Write to hello@webprodcraft.com — we respond within 30 days.
